El movimiento de formación en Doctrina Social ha tenido su inicio en los talleres que se dieron durante los días anteriores en la USMA Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua donde más de 35 líderes provenientes de Colombia, México, Brasil, Chile, Panamá, Estados Unidos se capacitaron con el DOCAT para ser embajadores y misioneros de la Doctrina Social durante y después de la JMJ.

The DOCAT: an instrument for formation

In his homily during the opening Mass of WYD Panama 2019 in the Campo de Santa María la Antigua, the host Archbishop Monsignor José Domingo Ulloa referred to DOCAT as a formation tool that will accompany young Central Americans.
